The highly trained team at our Central Station is ready to help you when you need help the most. Our team monitors your system 24-hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. Our monitoring team is constantly undergoing training to learn more about the systems, so they can better serve our customers’ needs.

Northwestern Ohio Security Systems, Inc. is here for you when you need help the most. When your alarm goes off and is received at our Central Station, we immediately call your premise number. Our monitoring staff will ask for your “code” word and if everything is all right. If we get the answering machine or no answer at all; we will send the police or the fire department depending, on the type of alarm received. We will also monitor for any type of medical emergency and can send emergency personnel to help you when it is needed.
You can personalize your account to have us call your cell phone, or other designated persons, before dispatching first responders. This is completely up to you, because we are here to serve your needs. In addition, we are available anytime to test your system. We recommend you test your system once a month to insure systems are reporting to our Central Station properly. When you want to test, just call the Central Station and the monitor will be happy to help you test your system.

24-Hour U.L. Listed Central Station
Our Central Station is inspected annually and meets the high standards set by Underwriters Laboratory in order to be listed by them as a U.L. Central Station.
